Kids Pizza Recipe
A great meal treat, or serve cold for a picnic snack. The best way to approach making Pizzas with children is as with anything, be creative and stretch the recipe/ingredients to suit your needs.

INGREDIENTS:
Dough -

6 cups of plain flour
-
1 packet of yeast
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp sugar
-
1/4 cup of olive oil
-
2 cups of warm water
Pizza Sauce
-
1 8oz can of tomato sauce
-
1 6oz can of tomato paste
-
oregano
-
garlic paste
Topping
-
Salami
-
Mozzarello cheese
-
Ham
-
Olives
-
Tomatos
-
Sliced sweet Peppers….
With the topping, it’s whatever you like!
METHOD:
In a large bowl, pour in 5 cups of the flour, the yeast, the salt and the sugar.
Stir in the warm water and the olive oil. Then stir in the rest of the water to make the dough soft.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until soft.
Put the dough back into the bowl, cover and leave it to rest for 10-15 minutes in a warm area.
Take the time to prepare your toppings: peeling, chopping, dicing etc.
Turn the dough out back onto floured surface and work it into 15 pieces. Roll out the pieces to child size and place on oven proof greased sheet.
Top each pizza with sauce and toppings as per your requirement.
Bake until golden in a hot oven.
